This hotel was a fabulous base for one night. We liked rooms with the balcony. The staff was fairly friendly, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. We had a very special stay at this small venue.

Nice touch having units with balconies. the staff here were super friendly and helpful! Loved that we could get wake up calls and use the iron for free. the location is spot on, right by a church ⛪.

The setting of the hotel was marvelous, near to the pedestrian zone. I got a twin/double room for 1 night and enjoyed it. - All of the staff were accommodating and affable. - Everything was brand-new; my next choice again in Kazanlak.

I recently stayed in a hotel that had the perfect location for my business trip. The hotel was walking distance to the city center, which made it quick and easy to get around. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for my stay. It was also very clean and well-maintained. the staff was amazing! They were very helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and provided great guidance.

One thing that could have improved my stay was covered parking. The hotel only had an uncovered parking lot, which made me feel a bit uneasy about leaving my car out in the open.

The location was perfect, as it was situated in the heart of the city and yet located in a very quiet neighbourhood. The staff were incredibly hospitable and provided excellent service. Additionally, I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was homemade and delicious. Finally, I was very satisfied that I was able to park my car in the hotel's secure parking area.

We had a fantastic stay in a hotel located in the heart of the city with an amazing location. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with great amenities. the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. the breakfast served was delicious and had a variety of options. We enjoyed the quiet environment around the hotel, even though it was located right in the busy center of the town. the hotel architecture and design were impressive, full of luxurious decorations, and eye-catching details.

The beds were a bit soft and uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.
